In these meditations, it is important for us to understand that our attitude and altitude must be that of one doing spiritual healing work as it is taught in The Infinite Way. We are NOT working to overcome anything, to get some God to do something, or to change the human picture. Our purpose is to come together to attain a conscious awareness of God’s omnipotent Presence, and LET that Presence express Itself to dispel the clouds of material sense and reveal the perfect harmony that eternally IS.
There will be two meditation periods each day—one at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and one at 6:00 p.m. Pacific time. Each meditation period will be for 20 minutes. We will begin the meditation with a short reading and meditate for 10 minutes. Then we will read the message a second time, meditate for 10 more minutes, and conclude the meeting.

We have added a new feature to our website to support you spiritually during these times. It is called “CHANNEL 1” and can be accessed from the sidebar menu on any page. The name comes from Virginia Stephenson’s counsel in her classes for us to notice whether we are tuned to “Channel 1,” the voice of Truth, or to “Channel 2,” the voice of the belief in two powers. If we find ourselves listening to Channel 2, she said, we have to promptly switch to Channel 1. The CHANNEL 1 website page offers resources to assist you in staying tuned to Channel 1.
