General Schedule Information

The Online Tape Group meets on the first four Saturdays of every month. We meet at different times on alternate Saturdays in order to serve the various time zones around the world. Participants can join the meetings by using a computer, a telephone, or a mobile device.

On the first and third Saturdays of each month, the group meets at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Pacific Time. This provides access at convenient times from North America eastward across South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

On the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, the group meets at 6:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time. This provides access to the tape group at convenient times from North America westward across the Pacific to Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

We will play the same tape for two consecutive weeks so that both time zone groups can hear it. In other words, the tape that we play on the first Saturday at 8:00 a.m. will be played again on the second Saturday at 6:00 p.m. The tape that we play on the third Saturday at 8:00 a.m. will be repeated on the fourth Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

When a month has five Saturdays, we do not proceed with our regular study program on the fifth Saturday, but may schedule special sessions and hear recordings relating to the current study program, a current holiday, or another timely topic. If we hold sessions on the fifth Saturday, we hold them at both 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so that participants in all time zones can hear the recording.  We post the schedule for these special sessions well in advance.
