No Tape Group Session on June 2

As we have announced in the tape group sessions and indicated on the
Schedule page, we will be traveling on June 2 and will not have access to
our broadcasting equipment, so there will be no meeting on June 2.
However, we will have two sessions on Saturday, June 9 at the usual
times - 8:00 a.m. US Pacific Daylight Time and 6:00 p.m. US Pacific
Daylight Time.  We will play the same beautiful recording at both sessions.
Our apologies again for any inconvenience to you.

Important Message for Those Attending Two Online Meetings
on the Same Day

From time to time, we host two tape group sessions on one day, such as
we will do on June 9.  If you plan to attend both meetings, it is important to
close all of your Internet browsers after the first session and then
reopen them for the second session
.

There is a new web address for each online tape group meeting, even if
both meetings are on the same day.  So if you do not close your browser
after the first meeting and re-open it for the second meeting, it will retain
the web address for the first session and you will see the notice “
This
meeting has ended
.”

By closing all of your browsers after the first meeting and then later re-
opening the Goldsmith Global web site and joining the second meeting,
you will be connected to the new web address for the second meeting.

Beautiful Quote from Joel

“There is a spiritual bond uniting us.  Throughout the twenty-four hours of
every day, Infinite Way students are meeting somewhere in meditation, in
prayer, and in contemplation.  They are meeting to listen to the message
as it is presented through the recordings and they will be in specific
prayer and meditation for those of us who are united with them.  These
recordings serve as a bond between us, holding us in the one spiritual
consciousness of the truth.  Never are we apart from the spiritual activity
of prayer; never are we without the benefit of the prayers of somebody,
somewhere – of their communion and meditation in our behalf as well as
in the behalf of the entire world.  That is the purpose of this work."
                                                              (
The Heart of Mysticism, p. 793.)

Upcoming Study

As of May 12, we will have completed our current study of The
Contemplative Life.
In this book Joel makes several study
recommendations for Infinite Way students.

In the “Across the Desk” section of Chapter 10, “Meditation on Life by
Grace," he says:

“In order to build a consciousness of truth, all Infinite Way students should
know the following passages as well as they know their own names:

  •  “The New Horizon” [in] The Infinite Way
  •  “God is One” [in] Living the Infinite Way
  •  “Protection” [in] The 1955 Infinite Way Letters
  •  “Break the Fetters that Bind You” [in] The 1958 Infinite Way Letters
  •  “Contemplation Develops the Beholder” [in] The Contemplative Life
  •  “Introduction” and “Love Thy Neighbor” [in] Practicing the Presence
  •  “The Relationship of Oneness” [in] The Art of Spiritual Healing."

In Chapter 7, “The Dice of God Are Loaded,” Joel again recommends
that students take for serious study the chapter “Break the Fetters that
Bind You” in
The 1958 Infinite Way Letters.

Some of these recommended chapters have corresponding class tapes.
Before we proceed to our next course of study, we will take a few weeks to
hear some of those classes.  Upcoming tapes are posted on the
Schedule Page.
