This is the last of the classes we will hear that were used as source material for Chapter 5, “Resting in Oneness,” in Realization of Oneness. In this class, Joel references a story about a sage knocking at the door of heaven. This story appears in Practicing the Presence, Chapter 4, “The Infinite Nature of Individual Being.” Also, Joel refers to the Infinite Way Letters of 1954 through 1960. The 1954 Infinite Way Letters is a separate volume. The Letters of 1955 through 1959 are now compiled in the book The Heart of Mysticism, and the Letters of 1960 comprise the book Our Spiritual Resources. This class was used as source material for Chapter 2, “Release Man,” and Chapter 3, “Get Thee Hence, Satan,” in Realization of Oneness. It is also one of the 20 classes (10 tapes, 2 sides each) given in 1959, in which Joel re-presented the healing principles of The Infinite Way. He strongly recommended those classes for studying the healing work. The transcripts for those 20 classes constitute the book The Foundation of Mysticism. The transcript for this tape, “Three Principles and Their Practice,” is Chapter 11 in that book.

Many of you will recognize these as two of the eight chapters that Joel identified as chapters that students should know “as well as their own names.”
